Before Making A Claim
You should know that it is in your best interest to always have a contractor like Compassion Roofing & Remodeling contracted and on site when your insurance adjuster comes out. Compassion Roofing & Remodeling will complete a full Property Damage Analysis before the adjuster arrives at your property. We will inspect your entire property top to bottom, we look at all your windows, screens, doors, air conditioning, siding, fascia, garage doors, mail boxes, fence, decking, lighting, roof, vents, chimney caps, etc and mark any damage we find with sidewalk chalk.

When your adjuster arrives at your property we will have the ladder set up for him/her, we will assist them in any way we can, including measuring.  Then we will walk the adjuster through the entire property showing them the damage we have found. This process will hold your adjuster accountable to do their job thoroughly and accurately.  This in turn will help you get all the damage to your property covered in one claim and it helps you receive every penny you have coming to you.
